One year of blogging (minus a few months)!

For the past few weeks, I've been feeling guilty about not updating the blog.  (See - I didn't forget about it!)  And today I was looking back on a few posts when I suddenly realized that my very first post was exactly one year ago today!!!  In honor of that, I decided I should break the habit of stalling and go ahead and write a new blog post....so here we are!

I really regret  not documenting the last few months - so many fun things have happened!  Since the whole point of this blog is really to document things for us to look back on (since apparently I can't finish a scrapbook to save my life....still working on that engagement scrapbook from almost 6 years ago), and of course to share with y'all as well - I plan to go back and do some updates on what all I've slacked on.  As a bit of a preview, allow me to make a list.  We'll call this accountability 101.  In no particular order, I present to you a list of blogs I promise to post:

-Bedroom remodel (yes, that's over a year overdue, but I realized some family have never seen it)
-The adoption and subsequent infatuation love of our newest neighbor Will (you can now call us Tio Bryan and Tia Courtney)
-Trip out West with the Whitworths
-Trip to Cape Cod with the Whitworths, Cheeks, and a visit from the Knights
-Work travel since Ireland (Chicago, Toronto, and Denver)
-Bryan's high school reunion
-5 year anniversary

I think that should keep me pretty busy now, don't you?
